Job summary

Loop in the Netherlands is seeking an experienced freelance Digital Program Manager to own and deliver complex digital programs across connected-product experiences and platforms.

You will partner with Product, Digital Product Design, Software Engineering, Firmware, Operations and Marketing to align milestones, risks and release readiness.

This role demands independence, strong governance, and the ability to translate progress and risks into actionable decisions for leadership.

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading complex digital product or technical programs.
• Experience coordinating software, product and cross-functional workstreams through release and launch.
• Ability to align product strategy with technical delivery across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Own integrated program and release plans across app development, platform engineering and connected-product software.
• Turn product scope and engineering estimates into clear milestones and executable workstreams.
• Connect digital releases with firmware, hardware, validation, operations, marketing and commercial launch plans.
• Maintain one reliable view of digital delivery, dependencies, risks, capacity and release readiness.
• Spot sequencing conflicts, dependencies and resource constraints early, driving mitigation to closure.
• Coordinate capacity and budget inputs across digital functions and external partners with visibility against scope.
• Run governance for risk management, scope and change control, release-readiness reviews and escalation.
• Translate progress, risks and changes into clear product and business impact for leadership.
