Job summary

Datadog is seeking a Technical Enablement Manager in Amsterdam to educate customers and champion adoption of our observability platform. You will lead foundational webinars, tailor technical training, and partner with Sales, CS, and product teams to align enablement with strategic goals.

A hybrid work model and global benefits support growth. You will mentor colleagues, develop content, and stay ahead on industry trends while pursuing Datadog certifications within the first year.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in technical training, enablement, or related support.
• Strong observability and cloud-native background with Datadog focus.
• Proficient in Docker and Kubernetes environments.
• Excellent facilitation and ability to present to varied audiences.
• Fluent in English and Italian; able to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Lead foundational enablement webinars independently with clarity and consistency.
• Deliver technical enablement training tailored to customer goals and CSAT targets.
• Update enablement content to match evolving product capabilities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success and leadership to align enablement with priorities.
• Mentor new hires and share best practices for engagement.
• Work with Product/Engineering/Technical Services to feed feedback on features and enablement.
• Conduct internal enablement for cross-functional teams.
• Own recurring in-person Foundation Enablement events and measure impact.
