Job summary

Datadog is seeking a Sales Engineer to qualify and close opportunities by delivering technical expertise through presentations, demos, and POCs. You will act as a liaison with the product team to prioritize customer-driven features, and collaborate across teams to resolve issues while promoting Datadog's brand.

As a hybrid workplace, Datadog supports flexible work arrangements in the Netherlands, with travel up to 25% for client engagements and onboarding support across regions.

Qualifications

• Knowledgeable with DevOps monitoring or architecture tools.
• Comfortable delivering technical presentations and demos to clients.
• Willing to travel up to 25% and sit up to 4 hours onsite.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the sales team to articulate Datadog's value proposition.
• Continuously learn new technology to build competitive knowledge.
• Deliver product and technical presentations to potential clients.
• Provide feedback to product teams on feature requests.
• Help clients onboard the product and resolve roadblocks.
• Think creatively about technical challenges during pre-sales lifecycle.
