Job summary

Datadog is seeking a Technical Enablement Manager to lead foundational and advanced training for our largest customers, helping them integrate Datadog across IT operations and realize business value.

You will deliver tailored sessions, mentor new hires, collaborate with product and engineering, and maintain high CSAT scores while staying current on observability trends and DevOps practices. This role requires travel up to 20% and fluency in English and Italian.

Qualifications

• Seasoned technical trainer or enablement professional with 5+ years of experience in cloud-native or observability environments.
• Proven ability to drive high CSAT scores across customer training engagements.
• Experience creating or updating enablement content to improve training quality and scalability.

Responsibilities

• Lead foundational enablement webinars independently with consistency and clarity.
• Deliver technical enablement training tailored to customer goals while maintaining CSAT scores.
• Mentor new hires and share best practices in enablement delivery and customer engagement.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Technical Services to provide actionable feedback on features and enablement offerings.
• Own and improve recurring in-person enablement events and contribute to team OKRs.
• Stay informed on observability trends and DevOps practices to enhance customer engagements.
