Datadog is seeking an experienced Technical Enablement Manager to lead foundational and advanced enablement sessions for customers and internal teams. You will deliver targeted training on Datadog's products, mentor new hires, and work with Product, Engineering, and Sales to align enablement with customer goals.

Hybrid workplace with travel up to 20% and a focus on CSAT, content updates, and scalable enablement delivery across global clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a technical trainer or enablement professional in cloud-native or observability.
• Strong knowledge of observability, monitoring, or cloud-native tech and Datadog areas.
• Experience with one major cloud provider and automation tooling.
• Excellent presentation and stakeholder communication skills.
• CSAT-focused with content creation experience.
• Hands-on with scripting (Python/JS/Ruby) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.
• English and Italian fluency.

Responsibilities

• Lead foundational enablement webinars independently with consistency.
• Deliver tailored technical enablement training to customers.
• Identify and update enablement content to reflect product changes.
• Partner with Sales, CS, and leadership to scope enablement services.
• Mentor new hires and share best practices.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Technical Services for feedback.
• Conduct internal enablement for cross-functional teams.
• Own recurring in-person foundations enablement events.
• Contribute to team OKRs to advance enablement operations.
• Stay informed on observability trends and DevOps practices; lead field workshops.
