Job summary

WeAreKeen is hiring a Senior Tech Talent Partner in Amsterdam to work in-house with one of our fast-growing partners. You will build robust recruitment strategies, immerse in partner cultures, and deliver high-quality results across recruiting functions.

The role focuses on attracting top tech talent for ML/AI, Data Science and Product teams, with strong collaboration across HR and hiring managers. Hybrid work with onsite presence.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience in tech recruitment.
• Strong understanding of ML/AI, data science and product roles.
• Proficient in sourcing and evaluating tech profiles using boolean/x-ray search techniques.
• Excellent communication, active listening and collaboration with teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic recruiting plans to attract top tech talent.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand needs and priorities.
• Manage all stages of recruitment for a smooth candidate experience.
• Post jobs, source and screen candidates, conduct interviews, and assist offers.

What will you do?

As a Senior Tech Talent Partner, you'll work in-house with the TA team of one of our fast-growing partners (Adyen, BOL, MieleX, or Marktplaats) to help them hire top technical talent and scale up their business. You will achieve this by fully immersing yourself in our partner's culture, developing a robust recruitment strategy and delivering high-quality results across all recruitment functions.

Your role may include, but is not limited to, the following:

• Executing strategic recruiting plans to ensure that our partner attracts the best talent
• Working closely with hiring managers to understand their specific hiring needs
• Managing each stage of the recruitment process to ensure a smooth candidate experience
• Posting jobs, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, negotiating, and assisting in the selection and offer stages
• Collaborating with the HR team to develop policies and procedures for hiring process optimization
• Tracking recruiting metrics to report on performance and progress

What you bring to the team:

• You’ve earned your stripes in tech recruitment with 5 years of experience, preferably in the tech industry
• You have a deep understanding of various technology roles in Machine Learning & AI, Data Science and Product, including their responsibilities and skill sets
• You’re proficient in sourcing and evaluating profiles across multiple platforms using boolean and x-ray search techniques
• You’re an excellent communicator and active listener, with attention to detail and a strong work ethic
• You enjoy collaborating with recruitment teams, presenting data to hiring managers, and you’re full of ideas on how to optimize hiring processes
