WeAreKeen is embedding into the in-house TA teams of high-growth partners across Europe to attract and hire top technical talent. As a Senior Tech Talent Partner, you’ll immerse yourself in the partner’s culture and work on strategic recruitment with access to a diverse portfolio of global scale-ups.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in tech recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of various tech roles, responsibilities and skills.
• Proficiency in boolean and x-ray search to identify profiles.
• Ability to leverage data and market insights to shape hiring strategies.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute strategic recruitment plans to attract top talent.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand specific hiring needs.
• Manage each stage of the recruitment process end-to-end.
• Optimize hiring policies and processes in alignment with HR.

Our skilled talent partners are embedded as a flexible onsite extension of in-house talent teams to fast-track the growth of our fast-moving partners, including Mollie, Adyen, SITA, Just Eat Takeaway, Miro, Rabobank, FLYR, Backbase, Bitvavo, and many more.

What will you do?

As a Senior Tech Talent Partner, you'll embed directly into the in-house TA team of one of our high-growth partners, to help them attract and hire top technical talent. You will get to immerse yourself fully into the partner's culture and ways of working, while bringing your own expertise and perspective to the table. You will embed with one partner at a time, with the opportunity to work across different organizations throughout your time at Keen, giving you both depth and breadth of experience.

What you will work on:

• Creating and executing strategic recruitment plans to attract the best talent
• Partnering with hiring managers to understand specific hiring needs
• Managing each stage of the recruitment process to ensure a smooth end-to-end candidate experience
• Optimizing hiring policies and processes in alignment with HR
• Tracking and reporting on key recruitment metrics
• Providing advice on employer branding and optimal positioning

You'd be a great fit if:

• At least 5 years of experience in tech recruitment with a strong knowledge of various tech roles, including their responsibilities and skill set
• You bring expertise in leveraging data and market insights to shape hiring strategies, build strong partnerships with hiring managers, and optimize recruitment performance.
• Proven success Proficiency in boolean and x-ray search to identify and evaluate profiles across multiple platforms
• Strong communication and active listening skills, with attention to detail and a strong work ethic
• Joy in collaborating with recruitment teams, presenting data to hiring managers and full of ideas about improving hiring processes
• Recognizing the synergy between employer branding and recruiting, and embracing your role as brand ambassador
