IKEA Netherlands is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead recruitment for Group Functions, Centres & Investments across the Netherlands, Sweden, India, Poland and Spain. You will turn business needs into thoughtful recruitment strategies and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

You will join a multinational team, lead end-to-end recruitment for leadership and complex roles, and collaborate closely with hiring managers to ensure a fair and engaging candidate experience.

Formación

• Solid experience in tech recruitment and sourcing strategies.
• Experience in in-house senior recruiting roles, preferably for a multinational company.
• Ability to build alignment with hiring managers and provide constructive challenges.

Responsabilidades

• Act as trusted recruitment expert and adviser to hiring managers across countries and functions.
• Advise senior stakeholders using market intelligence and search evidence.
• Partner with P&C Business Partners on recruitment strategies, workforce forecasts and data.
• Collaborate with Mobility Specialists, HR administration and P&C Coordinators to create a seamless candidate experience.
• Use global tools, sourcing channels and direct-search techniques to identify and engage qualified candidates.
• Work with Centre of Expertise on recruitment topics and process improvements to attract diverse talent.
• Bring diversity, equality and inclusion into every stage of the recruitment process.
