Job summary

Permanent People Rec2Rec is recruiting experienced recruiters to join its expanding Dutch operations from Rotterdam. The roles cover senior to leadership levels, focusing on 360 recruitment across contract and permanent markets with flexibility for hybrid or remote working within the Netherlands.

You will build client portfolios, manage candidate pipelines, and oversee end-to-end recruitment processes while developing key relationships with international brands and growth-focused teams.

Qualifications

• Agency recruitment experience within the technology sector.
• Strong billing track record and commercial mindset.
• Experience winning and developing client relationships.
• Fluent Dutch (required).

Responsibilities

• Build and develop your own client portfolio through business development, networking and market mapping.
• Source and manage high-quality candidate pipelines.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from brief through to offer management.
• Develop long-term client and candidate relationships.
• Contribute to the growth and culture of a scaling international business.
