Job summary

Sendcloud is seeking a Medior Talent Acquisition Specialist in Eindhoven, with a 3-day in-office cadence and a 40-hour week. You will own the full recruitment cycle for a portfolio of tech roles, partnering with Engineering, Product, Operations and Design leaders to build proactive sourcing strategies and strong candidate experiences.

You will source directly via GitHub, LinkedIn and targeted communities, run intake calls, and guide both candidates and hiring managers through offers, ensuring

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience recruiting for tech roles (Engineering, Product, Data, or Design).
• Track record of sourcing candidates directly rather than relying on inbound applications.
• Fluent in English, spoken and written. Dutch is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for a portfolio of tech roles.
• Source candidates directly through targeted outreach, tech communities, referrals, and platforms like GitHub and LinkedIn.
• Run intake calls with hiring managers to turn a brief into a sourcing strategy and hiring timeline.
• Screen candidates and coordinate interview loops, keeping steps moving and stakeholders informed.
• Guide candidates and hiring managers through offer negotiation, balancing market data with business needs.
• Troubleshoot quiet pipelines or tricky briefs by adjusting approach.
• Track pipeline health and time-to-hire, flagging risks before they become issues.
• Share sourcing techniques and market insight with the wider Talent team.
