Job summary

Deployteq is seeking a Senior Engineer / Team Lead to guide a distributed development team in building scalable, reliable systems. You will combine hands-on engineering with leadership, coach engineers, and maintain delivery momentum across a remote setup.

You will collaborate with the TPL, PA, PO and PD to translate requirements into execution, while driving code quality, standards, and scalable system design in a Kubernetes-based environment.

Qualifications

• Strong software engineering background with backend focus.
• Leadership experience in remote or distributed teams.
• Solid understanding of scalable architectures, APIs, and system integration.
• Experience with containerized applications and Kubernetes concepts.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and hands-on development.
• Mentor engineers in a remote environment and grow technical capabilities.
• Own day-to-day execution, ensure clear scoping and timely delivery.
• Collaborate with PO/PD to translate business needs into epics and stories.
• Define architectural directions with TPL & PA and enforce best practices.
• Design scalable, distributed systems and ensure reliability in Kubernetes environments.
