Job summary

Intuition IT Solutions is seeking an Engineering Leader to guide multi-squad delivery of a microservices-based platform. You will own tech design, enforce DevOps practices, and drive agile execution across distributed teams with focus on modernizing event-driven architectures.

The role requires deep cloud expertise (GCP/AliCloud), hands-on backend with Java/Kotlin and Spring Boot, and a track record delivering scalable CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in software engineering with leadership experience.
• Deep expertise in microservices and event-driven systems.
• Hands-on cloud experience on GCP/AliCloud.
• Strong foundation in Java/Kotlin and Spring Boot.
• Proven CI/CD and DevOps practices in production.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Database proficiency: PostgreSQL/MySQL; NoSQL and caching awareness.
• Familiar with REST, GraphQL, and gRPC API design.

Responsibilities

• Define and enforce Dev & QE best practices across squads.
• Own tech design and implementation approach.
• Establish and operate DevOps pipelines and practices.
• Accountable for sprint execution and capacity planning.
• Facilitate and unblock work across Engineering Leads.
• Coordinate release management with the client.
