Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Senior Talent Partner (fixed-term) based in the Netherlands to lead as a strategic HR partner across the employee lifecycle. You will support recruitment, onboarding, development, and offboarding while driving AI-driven efficiency and modernization of HR operations.

You will collaborate with leadership to optimize hiring practices, coach managers, and navigate complex people-related challenges in an international environment.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of professional experience in HR, with demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition and HR/People Business Partnering.
• Strong understanding of the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, development, and offboarding.
• Experience advising, coaching, and supporting managers, handling sensitive employee matters.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with leadership teams and provide constructive feedback.
• Experience in international or multi-country environments and knowledge of employment laws across countries.
• Active experience using AI-powered tools in HR and a passion for automation.

Responsibilities

• Act as strategic HR partner and trusted advisor to leaders and employees across departments.
• Support managers with recruitment activities from workforce needs to offer management.
• Help hiring managers own recruitment by implementing efficient processes and coaching interview skills.
• Coach leaders to develop management capabilities and role modeling.
• Advise on complex employee relations matters, including performance and exits.
• Provide People and Culture support across recruitment, onboarding, development, performance, retention and offboarding.
• Drive adoption of AI and automation within HR operations to improve efficiency.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI to optimize recruitment and HR processes.
• Support organizational development and change management initiatives.
• Contribute to continuous HR practice improvements for efficiency and scalability.
