Job summary

APM Terminals in The Hague seeks a Talent Acquisition Manager - Business Implementation to own end-to-end recruitment of senior and specialist BIM talent, from Director to Senior Manager, across Asset & Engineering, Operations Technology and Automation. You’ll lead a small, senior team and partner with BIM leadership to align workforce planning before requisitions open.

Qualifications

• Substantial recruitment experience with senior and executive-level hiring in a global matrix organisation.
• Strong stakeholder management with senior executives, Project Directors and People Partners.
• Experience recruiting for ports, terminals, infrastructure, construction, engineering or heavy industry environments.
• Experience leading or coaching recruiters or a recruitment portfolio.
• Advanced knowledge of Workday Recruiting, including reporting and dashboards.
• Ability to meet tight project timelines and forecast against demand.
• Lean and continuous-improvement experience is advantageous.
• Bachelor's degree; Master's in HR / BA related field is an advantage.
• Full professional English; a second language is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of senior and specialist BIM hiring across Asset & Engineering, Operations Technology, Automation and project-leadership job families.
• Partner with BIM senior management, Project Directors and People Business Partners at project kick-off to confirm workforce plan and profiles.
• Run kick-off and intake calls, calibrate shortlists and coach hiring managers on interview methodology, assessment tooling and approval matrices.
• Drive proactive talent mapping and pipelining for recurring senior-management profiles, reducing agency dependence.
• Own portfolio reporting through bi-weekly BIM Hiring Dashboard and represent BIM delivery in TA&A governance reviews.
• Manage, coach and develop a small, senior TA team dedicated to the BIM portfolio.
• Manage executive search and Preferred Supplier List providers with briefing, calibration and cost control.
• Safeguard data hygiene and process discipline in Workday across all requisition stages.
• Embed continuous improvement Kaizen/Lean countermeasures to improve quality, speed and diversity of BIM hiring.
• Build inclusive shortlists and diverse pipelines for growth roles.
