Qualifications

• Proven experience managing contracts through the full lifecycle, from strategy to close-out.
• Strong knowledge of contract frameworks, reporting and risk management practices.
• Excellent written and verbal English with ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and govern contract management activities across BIM projects and portfolio.
• Monitor compliance, registrations, insurance, notices and key deadlines.
• Provide independent assurance on contract controls and risk reporting.
• Develop dashboards and performance metrics for contract governance.
• Advise senior leadership on strategic contractual decisions and disputes.
• Coordinate with Legal, Procurement, Finance and Risk functions as needed.
• Promote continuous improvement and lessons learned across the portfolio.
• Act as interim contracts management support during mobilisation when required.
