Job summary

APM Terminals is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager - Business Implementation in The Hague. You will lead end-to-end recruitment for senior BIM roles, partnering with senior BIM management and Project Directors to align workforce plans before requisitions open.

You’ll coach hiring managers on interview methods, drive talent mapping, and manage a small senior TA team across regions, ensuring data hygiene in Workday and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Extensive recruitment experience at senior/executive level.
• Proven ability to partner with senior BIM leadership and project directors.
• Experience recruiting for engineering/infra/operations tech environments.
• Experience leading recruiters or recruitment teams, with coaching responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of senior and specialist BIM hiring across multiple functions.
• Partner with BIM senior management to align workforce plans before requisitions open.
• Coach hiring managers on interview methodology and assessment tools.
• Drive proactive talent mapping to reduce agency dependence and speed up hiring.
• Manage and develop a small, senior TA team dedicated to the BIM portfolio.
