Job summary

SCIL Nanoimprint Solutions, based on the High Tech Campus in Eindhoven, seeks a seasoned Supply Chain Manager to own and optimize the end-to-end supply chain across materials, components, and finished products. You will lead supplier relationships, manage contracts, and drive efficiency in logistics and planning.

With 10–12 years in the field and a solid ERP background, you’ll collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Finance while developing a capable supply chain team to support

Qualifications

• 10–12 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics management.
• Proven experience in supplier and contract management.
• Strong understanding of logistics, shipments, and planning.
• Experience with ERP systems and process improvement projects.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the end-to-end supply chain process.
• Monitor supply chain performance and identify risks and improvement opportunities.
• Develop and execute the supply chain strategy.
• Manage supplier relationships, negotiations, and contracts.
• Ensure reliable deliveries and efficient logistics operations.
• Oversee supply and demand planning and inventory management.
• Monitor and improve supplier performance and delivery reliability.
• Drive ERP system optimization and supply chain process improvements.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Finance.
• Lead a developing supply chain team members.
