Job summary

Applied Microelectronics AME in Eindhoven is seeking a Supply Chain Excellence Lead to own and drive supply chain improvements across the organization. You will connect planning, purchasing, logistics, and operations to enhance material availability, inventory performance and reliability, leading cross-functional initiatives from analysis to implementation.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in SCM/Logistics/Industrial Engineering.
5+ years in supply chain management or improvement.
End-to-end understanding of manufacturing supply chains.
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach.
Experience with ERP systems and master data supporting supply chain.
Experience applying Lean, root-cause analysis and structured improvement methods.
Ability to translate business needs into processes and system requirements.
Ownership mindset and ability to drive cross-functional change.
Fluency in English; Dutch is a plus.

Responsibilities

Own the supply chain improvement roadmap with measurable results.
Resolve bottlenecks across purchasing, planning, inventory, and production.
Lead cross-functional projects to improve material availability and delivery reliability.
Use data and KPIs to guide decisions and sustain progress.
Optimize planning policies, safety stocks and replenishment.
Drive ERP, master data improvements and reporting with IT.
Turn opportunities in digitalization, automation, and AI into value.
Build stakeholder commitment and embed continuous improvement.
