Job summary

SCIL Nanoimprint Solutions in Eindhoven seeks a Director of Product Management to guide the portfolio from concept to scale-up. You will own strategy, roadmaps and lifecycle, aligning tech capabilities with market opportunities across regions and customers.

Lead cross-functional teams spanning engineering, operations and service to deliver repeatable, manufacturable solutions while shaping future platforms and partnerships in a fast-growing deep-tech environment.

Qualifications

• 12–15 years of experience in semiconductor equipment, photonics, or deep-tech.
• Leadership in product management, engineering, or related roles.
• Proven track record turning complex tech into industrial products.
• Strong product development and lifecycle management knowledge.
• Experience with global semiconductor or photonics customers.
• International leadership experience in scale-ups.
• Business education is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain SCIL’s product and platform strategy.
• Translate market needs into prioritized roadmaps.
• Define role and positioning of each product platform.
• Lead transition to repeatable, manufacturable products.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Operations to improve maturity and cost.
• Drive stage-gate decisions for concept to release.
