Job summary

SCIL Nanoimprint Solutions, based on the High Tech Campus in Eindhoven, seeks a seasoned Supply Chain Manager to own and optimize the end-to-end supply chain across materials, components, and finished products. You will lead supplier relationships, manage contracts, and drive efficiency in logistics and planning.

With 10–12 years in the field and a solid ERP background, you’ll collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Finance while developing a capable supply chain team to support

Qualifications

• 10–12 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics management.
• Proven experience in supplier and contract management.
• Strong understanding of logistics, shipments, and planning.
• Experience with ERP systems and process improvement projects.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Your Profile Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field; 10-12 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics management; Proven experience in supplier and contract management; Strong understanding of logistics, shipments, and supply chain planning; Experience with ERP systems and process improvement projects; Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills; Hands-on, pragmatic, and willing to work across a broad range of supply chain activities.
