Job summary

ING is seeking a Sourcing Project Manager to lead Source-to-Contract processes for technology sourcing globally. You will shape category strategies, run sourcing events, vet suppliers, negotiate complex contracts, and drive measurable procurement impact across regions.

The role requires deep stakeholder engagement, strong project management, and a focus on sustainable procurement. You will collaborate with senior leaders, category managers, and cross-functional teams to deliver strategic value,

Qualifications

• Masters degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Proven track record in procurement value delivery and strategic sourcing.

Responsibilities

• Category management: identify needs and requirements.
• Advise on category strategies and improvements.
• Execute complex sourcing initiatives and manage global projects.
• Lead cross-functional teams across regions and coach buyers on negotiations.
• Perform stakeholder management with senior leaders using advisory skills.
• Support supplier onboarding, KYS checks, and vendor master data processes.
• Develop and manage sourcing events, RFX processes, and contract approvals.
