Job summary

Hef Associates in the Netherlands seeks an OneStream Consultant to help clients transform financial planning, consolidation, and reporting. You’ll design smarter finance processes, advise stakeholders, and deliver solutions that genuinely move the needle.

You’ll use the OneStream platform to unify consolidation, planning, data quality, and dashboards. Beyond client work, you’ll develop in-house solutions and share knowledge within a pragmatic, collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Completed financial, technical, or business degree (HBO or WO level).
• 2–5 years of OneStream experience.
• Strong knowledge of financial planning, consolidation, management reporting, and ESG within OneStream.
• Programming experience in VB or C# is a plus.
• Client-focused and results-oriented with entrepreneurial mindset.

Shape the future of finance transformation

As an OneStream Consultant, you’ll work with some of the most complex and well-known organizations in the Netherlands, helping them transform their financial planning, consolidation, and reporting processes. You won’t just implement technology — you’ll help design smarter finance processes, advise stakeholders, and deliver solutions that genuinely make an impact.

You’ll use the OneStream platform to simplify and unify consolidation, planning, data quality, reporting, and dashboards. Beyond client work, you’ll have the freedom to develop in-house solutions and bring innovative ideas to market.

What you bring

A completed financial, technical, or business degree (HBO or WO level)

2–5 years of experience working with OneStream

Strong knowledge of financial planning, consolidation, management reporting, and/or ESG within OneStream

Programming experience (VB or C#) is a plus

You enjoy sharing knowledge and building strong professional relationships

You are client-focused, goal-oriented, and keep an eye on both results and process

You have an entrepreneurial mindset, like to roll up your sleeves, and stay up to date with developments in Finance and IT.
