Job summary

Hef Associates in the Netherlands seeks an OneStream Consultant to help clients transform financial planning, consolidation, and reporting. You’ll design smarter finance processes, advise stakeholders, and deliver solutions that genuinely move the needle.

You’ll use the OneStream platform to unify consolidation, planning, data quality, and dashboards. Beyond client work, you’ll develop in-house solutions and share knowledge within a pragmatic, collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Completed financial, technical, or business degree (HBO or WO level).
• 2–5 years of OneStream experience.
• Strong knowledge of financial planning, consolidation, management reporting, and ESG within OneStream.
• Programming experience in VB or C# is a plus.
• Client-focused and results-oriented with entrepreneurial mindset.

Responsibilities

• Design smarter finance processes and advise stakeholders.
• Deliver OneStream solutions for clients and develop in-house solutions.
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team and mentor junior consultants.
• Partner with clients to drive value and measurable outcomes.
