Overview

OneStream Consultant — Amsterdam, North Holland, Netherlands. We are seeking an experienced OneStream Consultant with strong expertise in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and Financial Consolidation to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading organisation, delivering cutting-edge performance management solutions that transform financial processes and empower decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support OneStream implementations, upgrades, and enhancements across FP&A and Consolidation domains.
• Design, configure, and optimise budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and consolidation models within OneStream.
• Partner with finance teams to translate business requirements into effective OneStream solutions.
• Deliver end-to-end project support, from requirements gathering through testing, training, and go-live.
• Support clients with data integration, workflows, and dashboard/report development.
• Provide subject matter expertise on best practices for performance management and financial processes.

Skills & Experience Required

• Proven experience as a OneStream Consultant or Developer.
• Strong knowledge of FP&A processes (budgeting, forecasting, reporting, scenario modelling).
• Hands-on expertise with financial consolidation and statutory reporting.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles (IFRS/US GAAP preferred).
• Experience with data integration and working with large data sets.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and in teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• OneStream Certification (Foundation or Advanced) highly desirable.
• Background in consulting, finance transformation, or EPM/CPM solutions.
• Knowledge of other EPM tools (HFM, Hyperion Planning, SAP BPC, Tagetik) is a plus.
