Job summary

OneStream is seeking a Senior Solution Consultant for the Benelux region. You will lead tailored demonstrations and solution presentations, translating complex customer requirements into validated designs and compelling proofs‑of‑concepts.

As a core Presales member, you will shorten sales cycles with high‑impact demos and maintain high standards for demo assets. You will engage with prospects and customers, guiding CPM discussions, and ensuring demos reflect OneStream’s value proposition.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years CPM industry experience in technical presales or related roles.
• Technical experience with CPM tools (OneStream or similar).
• Finance/Accounting background and financial modelling familiarity.
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills; lead technical discussions.
• Rapid assessment of customer landscapes and use cases for prospects.
• Experience guiding customers in evaluating CPM solutions.

Responsibilities

• Shorten the sales cycle by delivering flawless standard and custom demos to executives.
• Assist prospective clients ensuring satisfaction with minimal supervision.
• Support and mentor junior team members in presales activities.
• Transform customer challenges into compelling Proof-of-Concept presentations.
• Create and present high-quality OneStream demonstrations showing features and benefits.
• Identify optimal solutions and articulate OneStream’s value proposition.
• Keep demo environments and materials current, accurate, and impactful.
• Deliver clear, persuasive presentations and build trust with stakeholders.
