Job summary

project44 is seeking a Senior Project Manager (Software Implementation) to lead end-to-end customer implementations within the Professional Services team. You will collaborate with Solutions Architects, CSMs, Sales, Technical Support, and Engineering to ensure on-time, on-scope, on-budget delivery while maximizing customer satisfaction.

The role involves governance, cross-functional coordination, and occasional in-region travel for successful delivery, focusing on strategic, complex deployments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer-facing project management roles.
• Experience in supply chain, transportation, or logistics tech or SaaS.
• Proven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects with competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the full project lifecycle for customer implementations, from post-sale handover through Go-Live and Hypercare.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables; ensure alignment across internal and customer teams.
• Lead project governance, including status tracking, reporting, and stakeholder communication at all levels.
• Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies; identify mitigation strategies and drive resolution.
• Own budget and scope management; ensure delivery within commercial parameters.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers on project delivery; manage expectations.
