Interactivated Solutions is seeking a proactive Project Manager to lead software projects, aligning product direction with business goals. You will work with clients, developers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery and transparent communication throughout the lifecycle.

The role emphasizes balancing scope, budgets, and timelines while applying Agile methods and supporting presales activities with senior developers to scope opportunities and assess risks before kickoff.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading software development projects.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working directly with clients.
• Solid understanding of Agile principles and delivery methodologies.
• Experience with Jira, Slack, and similar collaboration tools.
• Understanding of modern software development processes and technology stacks.
• Ability to balance business goals, timelines, budgets, and technical constraints.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Lead software development projects from discovery through delivery.
• Define goals, scope, timelines, and priorities for projects.
• Maintain project plans, roadmaps, budgets, and delivery schedules.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and blockers, and report to clients.
• Coordinate activities between clients, developers, designers and stakeholders.
• Facilitate decision-making and keep projects moving forward.
• Contribute to presales discussions, scoping opportunities, and solution planning.
