Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience with full stack development.
• Experience designing and delivering complex software across multiple systems, platforms, and business domains.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture patterns, system integrations, and end-to-end business process flows.
• Experience with API-first architecture and service-oriented design principles.
• Strong understanding of cloud-native development using AWS, DevOps, CI/CD, and infrastructure automation.
• Experience integrating AI capabilities into applications, workflows, and business processes.
• Familiarity with AI orchestration patterns, agent-based solutions, and modern AI development frameworks.
• Uses AI-assisted engineering tools as a core part of the software development lifecycle to accelerate delivery, improve code quality, and drive engineering productivity.
• Demonstrated ability to lead through ambiguity and deliver outcomes in rapidly changing environments.
• Possesses a founder's mindset, proactively identifying opportunities, shaping solutions, and driving outcomes.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
