Trust in SODA seeks a Software Architect to lead advanced embedded systems initiatives in a hybrid Delft-based setting. You will shape architecture across firmware, embedded software, FPGA and high-level APIs, balancing performance with maintainability.

This senior, hands-on role requires deep technical leadership, prototyping, and collaboration with hardware, firmware, software and product teams to deliver scalable systems at the frontier of precision and timing.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience
• Experience in architectural or technical leadership
• Strong programming skills and willingness to stay hands-on when needed
• Excellent communication skills to explain complex technical concepts clearly

Responsabilités

• Define the overall architecture across firmware, embedded software, compilers and high-level APIs.
• Design systems that can scale without major rewrites.
• Establish interfaces, abstractions, standards and architectural patterns across teams.
