Job summary

At Atlassian, we are seeking a Services Solutions Advocate (SSA) within Professional Services to drive demand for professional services. You will partner with customers and Atlassian Sales to shape the right services engagement, aligning business objectives with the best delivery model, including when to involve the Partner Ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in professional services sales, enterprise solution sales, or consultative enterprise software sales.
• Proven success meeting or exceeding sales targets and closing complex opportunities.
• Experience generating pipeline and developing account-level opportunity strategies.
• Experience leading discovery with business, technical and executive stakeholders.
• Fluency in French and English, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Generate and influence professional services pipeline by identifying customer needs and shaping opportunities.
• Lead consultative discovery to understand priorities, objectives, and challenges.
• Lead services sales cycle from discovery to commercial recommendations and handover to delivery.
• Shape engagements by aligning objectives with the most suitable services approach.
• Develop account-level services strategies with Atlassian Sales to identify expansion opportunities.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to shape the services engagement that supports outcomes.
• Influence complex enterprise opportunities balancing outcomes, priorities, and delivery expectations.
• Own a professional services sales target with bookings, pipeline growth, and forecast accuracy.
