Kelvion seeks a Senior Manager Service Operations for UK, Benelux and Scandics to lead regional service activities, drive profitability, and align with Sales, manufacturing sites and GSE teams. You will oversee field service, workshops and spare parts, delivering operational excellence and strong customer satisfaction.

The role requires international leadership, fluency in English, and travel within the region. This is a high-impact position within Kelvion's global Service Operations team.

Competenze

• P&L responsibility for the regional Service Operations in the UK, Benelux & Scandics, including service workshops, field service and spare-parts.
• Leadership in managing regional service teams across multiple countries and sites.
• Strong understanding of field service processes and service quality management.

Mansioni

• P&L responsibility for the regional Service Operations in the UK, Benelux & Scandics, including service workshops, field service activities and the spare-parts business.
• Business development: expansion of regional service activities with Sales, manufacturing sites and GSE teams.
• People development: develop capabilities of field service and workshop teams through training and development plans.
• Operational Excellence: implement standardized processes for Field Service Management, spare parts management and supply chain.
• Customer support & quality: coordinate product and service complaints with manufacturing sites to ensure fast solutions and high customer satisfaction.
• Performance management: monitor regional service KPIs such as revenue, margin, utilization, service quality and customer satisfaction; implement corrective actions.
• Leadership & collaboration: represent Service Operations in the region and align with Sales, product lines and EMEA leads.
