Senior / Principal Consultant – ServiceNow IRM / GRC

We are hiring a Principal Consultant to support enterprise customers in adopting ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) / GRC as a strategic platform for digital and operational resilience.

You will work directly with customers and ServiceNow IRM architects, acting as a trusted advisor across governance, risk, compliance, and audit domains. This role combines strategic consulting, business process advisory, and hands-on ServiceNow GRC delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with enterprise clients to define IRM / GRC strategy, roadmaps, and maturity assessments
• Act as a business process and advisory consultant for ServiceNow GRC modules:
• Policy & Compliance
• Audit Management
• Privacy Risk
• Lead and facilitate design workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder interviews
• Translate business, regulatory, and risk requirements into user stories and functional designs
• Collaborate closely with ServiceNow IRM architects and delivery teams during configuration, testing, and go-live
• Serve as a process SME throughout solution build, UAT, and implementation
• Maintain strong knowledge of ServiceNow releases, IRM features, and best practices
• Provide thought leadership in digital resilience, operational resilience, and regulatory compliance
• Advise customers on regulatory frameworks including:
• DORA, NIS2, ISO 27001, SOX, NIST 800-53, GDPR

Required Experience

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow IRM / GRC Consultant, Principal Consultant, or Senior GRC Advisor
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow GRC / IRM implementations
• Strong understanding of IT Risk, Operational Risk, Third-Party Risk, Audit, and Compliance
• Experience operating in highly regulated industries (financial services, fintech, telecoms, critical infrastructure)
• Strong stakeholder engagement and client-facing consulting skills

Nice to Have

• ServiceNow certifications (IRM, GRC, CIS, CSA)
• Experience with regulatory-driven transformations
• Background in advisory or consulting environments
