Job summary

MPower Plus seeks a strategic and hands-on ServiceNow Architect / Practice Lead to drive enterprise-wide risk, compliance, security and resilience transformations across IRM, GRC, TPRM, BCM and SecOps in Amsterdam.

You will design target operating models, govern multi-module ServiceNow programs, mentor teams and partner with CIO, CISO and audit stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 14+ years in technology risk, GRC, compliance, audit or security.
• 8+ years hands-on ServiceNow IRM/GRC architecture and implementation.
• Strong experience with enterprise-scale, multi-module ServiceNow transformations.
• Deep expertise across IRM/GRC, TPRM, BCM, Operational Resilience and SecOps.
• Understanding of risk taxonomy, control frameworks, assessments, scoring and reporting.
• Experience leading global onshore/offshore teams and complex transformations.
• Strong governance and senior stakeholder management.
• Excellent consulting, communication, presentation, analytical and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end architecture, design and implementation across ServiceNow IRM/GRC, TPRM, BCM, Operational Resilience and SecOps.
• Define target operating models, transformation roadmaps, governance standards and scalable integration patterns.
• Translate business, regulatory, risk, audit and security requirements into functional and technical solutions.
• Architect Enterprise & Operational Risk, Policy & Compliance, Audit, Regulatory Change, Issues and KRIs.
• Design TPRM solutions covering onboarding, due diligence, risk tiering, scoring and monitoring.
• Lead BCM & Operational Resilience including BIA, RTO/RPO and crisis testing.
• Architect SecOps capabilities including incident response and vulnerability management.
• Engage with CIO, CISO, CRO and other stakeholders as trusted advisor.
• Mentor architects, consultants, developers and business analysts.
• Support RFPs, proposals and practice growth.

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on ServiceNow Architect / Practice Lead to lead enterprise-wide Risk, Compliance, Security, Third-Party Risk and Operational Resilience transformations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end architecture, design and implementation across ServiceNow IRM/GRC, TPRM, BCM, Operational Resilience and SecOps.
• Define target operating models, transformation roadmaps, governance standards and scalable integration patterns.
• Translate business, regulatory, risk, audit and security requirements into functional and technical solutions.
• Architect Enterprise & Operational Risk, Policy & Compliance, Audit, Regulatory Change, Issues, Exceptions, KRIs, Continuous Control Monitoring and Automated Control Testing.
• Design TPRM solutions covering onboarding, due diligence, risk tiering, SIG/SIG Lite, scoring, remediation and continuous monitoring.
• Lead BCM & Operational Resilience covering BIA, critical services, dependency mapping, RTO/RPO, recovery planning, crisis management and scenario testing.
• Architect SecOps capabilities including Security Incident Response, Vulnerability Response, Threat Intelligence and security exceptions.
• Design integrations using IntegrationHub, APIs, MID Server, CMDB, IAM, SIEM, vulnerability scanners, ERP and procurement platforms.
• Conduct executive workshops, architecture reviews, solution demonstrations and governance forums.
• Engage with CIO, CISO, CRO, Risk, Compliance, Audit and Security stakeholders as a trusted advisor.
• Govern global delivery teams, solution quality, release/upgrade strategy and post-production stabilization.
• Mentor architects, consultants, developers and business analysts.
• Support RFP/RFI, proposals, estimations, client presentations, GTM offerings and practice growth.

Required Qualifications

• 14+ years in technology risk, GRC, compliance, audit, cybersecurity, security operations or related consulting.
• 8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow IRM/GRC architecture and implementation experience.
• Strong experience with enterprise-scale, multi-module ServiceNow transformation programs.
• Deep expertise across IRM/GRC, TPRM, BCM, Operational Resilience and SecOps.
• Strong understanding of risk taxonomy, control frameworks, assessments, scoring, workflows, reporting and integrations.
• Experience leading global onshore/offshore teams and complex transformation engagements.
• Strong architecture governance and senior stakeholder management experience.
• Excellent consulting, communication, presentation, analytical and leadership skills.

Preferred Certifications

ServiceNow: CTA, CMA, CAA, CIS-IRM, CIS-TPRM, CSA, CAD

Framework & Regulatory Knowledge

Experience with NIST, ISO 27001, ISO 22301, COBIT, COSO, SOX, PCI DSS, GDPR, DORA, NIS2, FFIEC and relevant industry risk, compliance, security and resilience requirements.
