Qualifications

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow IRM / GRC Consultant.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow GRC / IRM implementations.
• Strong understanding of IT Risk, Operational Risk, and Compliance.

Responsibilities

• Define IRM / GRC strategy and maturity assessments.
• Conduct design workshops, stakeholder interviews, and translate requirements.
• Advise on regulatory frameworks including DORA, NIS2, and GDPR.
