Job summary

Plat4mation is seeking a Senior Business Process Consultant to join our Risk, Compliance & Security practice. In this role, you will guide clients in regulatory and risk management solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in risk and compliance consulting and 3+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow IRM.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Risk, Compliance or IT Governance consulting.
• 3+ years hands‑on experience with ServiceNow IRM / GRC.
• Strong understanding of regulatory, compliance and risk frameworks.
• Proven ability to lead client engagements and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Demonstrated experience in workshop facilitation and process design.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements from discovery to delivery.
• Design and implement end-to-end IRM solutions.
• Advise clients on regulatory and compliance frameworks.
• Conduct process engineering and solution design.
• Deliver demonstrations and presentations.
• Collaborate with technical teams for high-quality delivery.
• Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders.
