Job summary

Merkle, a dentsu company, seeks a Salesforce Marketing Consultant to drive marketing-led Salesforce solutions for enterprise clients. You bring deep Marketing Cloud expertise with Core and Data Cloud 360 to enable data-driven journeys and AI-assisted marketing use cases.

You will lead pre-sales, shape end-to-end architectures, and mentor teams, collaborating with marketing and IT stakeholders. Rotterdam-based, full-time, fixed-term contract.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud consultant or lead.
• Deep expertise in Marketing Cloud and Marketing Cloud Next.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Core and Data Cloud 360.
• Experience with AI-enabled marketing use cases.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and advisory skills.

Responsibilities

• Design marketing-centric Salesforce architectures with Marketing Cloud as the anchor.
• Shape end-to-end marketing and engagement use cases from data to journeys.
• Lead pre-sales activities: discovery, value mapping, demos, and proposals.
• Mentor consultants and raise team maturity.
• Lead pre-sales and solutioning: discovery, value mapping, demos, and proposals.
• Act as a trusted advisor to marketing and IT stakeholders and mentor consultants.
