Job summary

Merkle, Rotterdam, seeks a Campaign Developer to design and implement automated CRM campaigns across platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Platform, and Braze. You will work with marketing, data, and design teams to deliver highly personalized, data-driven journeys.

Candidates should have hands-on CRM development experience, strong SQL/HTML/JavaScript skills, and the ability to optimize campaigns for scale and performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing automated CRM campaigns and customer journeys.
• Strong knowledge of SQL/HTML/JavaScript to support campaign development.
• Experience with one or more marketing automation platforms like SFMC, AEP, AJO, Braze.

• Design, build, and implement automated customer journeys and CRM campaigns across platforms.
• Execute campaigns, monitor performance, and optimize workflows, segmentation, personalization, and automation.
