United States Digital Space LLC in Amsterdam is seeking a Senior Salesforce Admin to manage and scale our Commercial Salesforce Org. In this role, you'll evolve Sales Cloud, improve data quality, and enable our Commercial teams to scale effectively.

This full-time position in Amsterdam offers the opportunity to own platform changes, collaborate with global stakeholders, and drive adoption. Relocation support is provided if you live outside the Netherlands.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of Salesforce Administration with Sales Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of Flow, SOQL integration patterns, security and authentication.
• Understanding of Triggers, Apex, LWC/Aura, Web Services and APIs.
• Proven ability to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Autonomy in project management and decision making.
• Excellent communication across technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience with Test Automation and Agentforce/LLM integrations is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flow, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, reports and dashboards
• Gather requirements, translate into scalable solutions with a focus on user experience and market best practices
• Help create the platform roadmap and define priorities, liaising with stakeholders
• Own the communication of platform changes to end users and stakeholders
• Data management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed
• Proactive system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer
• User support tickets
• Identify underutilised platform features, monitor and improve user adoption
• Technical documentation
