Job summary

Adyen is seeking a Senior Salesforce Admin to scale and manage our Commercial Salesforce Org within the Revenue Operations - Technology team. You will evolve the Sales Cloud to support fast-growing commercial teams and ensure data quality, security, and automation across the platform.

You will own configuration changes, gather requirements, define priorities with stakeholders, and communicate platform updates to end users while maintaining strong cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Salesforce Administration with hands-on experience in Sales Cloud.
• Strong understanding of Flow, SOQL integration patterns, security and authentication.
• Basic understanding of Triggers, Apex, LWC/Aura components, Web Services and APIs.
• Experience in gathering requirements and translating into scalable solutions with user focus.

Responsibilities

• Configure Salesforce including Flow, approvals, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps and dashboards.
• Gather requirements and translate into scalable, user-friendly solutions.
• Define platform roadmap and priorities with stakeholders.
• Communicate platform changes to end users and stakeholders.
• Data management and automation to improve Salesforce data quality.
• Perform security reviews and release updates; conduct health checks.
• Handle user support tickets and monitor adoption.
• Create technical documentation.
