Overview

EMEA Recruitment is hiring a skilled Salesforce Lead Administrator to support and optimize global Salesforce operations for our client in the manufacturing sector. As an in-house Salesforce expert, you will manage user support, system configuration, and project delivery across sales, service, and marketing functions. This role requires strong Salesforce certification, excellent communication, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Location: Amsterdam, North Holland, Netherlands

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Salesforce expert for global operations, supporting users and system performance
• Collaborate with internal teams and global counterparts to deliver Salesforce solutions
• Manage system configurations, upgrades, and support tickets via JIRA
• Prioritize and manage multiple requests and projects, ensuring clear communication and timely delivery
• Train users and maintain documentation of processes and workflows

Requirements

• 3-5 years of Salesforce admin experience
• Salesforce Certified Business Analyst and/or Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certification is highly desirable
• Strong user support, configuration, and change management background
• Experience with agile tools (e.g. JIRA) and international collaboration
