Job summary

All Response Media is actively seeking a Digital Account Director in Amsterdam to lead strategy and strengthen client partnerships across online channels. You will drive major campaigns, guide a talented team, and collaborate with multiple departments to deliver measurable performance.

The role requires strong analytics, senior client leadership, and the ability to translate data into actionable plans that grow revenue.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a similar role working with digital media channels.
• Experience planning and buying across multiple media platforms (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, DV360, Meta, The Trade Desk, TikTok, LinkedIn).
• Strong client relationships and ownership of several accounts.
• Team management to develop the junior team and progress their careers.
• Developing excellent client relationships and long-term strategies.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic direction for clients and channels, existing and new.
• Ensure data-driven innovation of media mix and formats.
• Lead client meetings and presentations with senior support.
• Quality control for all client output and targets.
• Support Business Directors to achieve incremental income.
• Manage workloads and develop senior relationships within the team.
