You will expand AVEVA’s footprint with high‑value customers, manage a regional team, and deliver revenue targets through coaching, territorial planning, and cross‑functional collaboration.

The role requires a proactive leader with deep industry insight and strong sales experience in complex B2B environments, with travel 30–40% per year, and fluency in English plus local language

Qualifications

• Significant B2B enterprise software sales experience.
• Strong leadership and direct sales management in Benelux.
• Fluent English and local language at C1 level.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage and coach a team of Account Managers in Benelux.
• Grow revenue through upsell, cross-sell, and new business.
• Develop Strategic Account Plans and healthy pipeline.
• Maintain accurate forecasts and CRM data.
• Collaborate with Marketing and VP for regional programs.
• Lead executive reviews with customers.
