Job summary
Holland Colours is seeking a Senior Sales Manager for the DACH region. You will identify and win new business with converters, recyclers and brand owners, while promoting additive solutions such as TintMask, CircStab, ViscoBoost and ReWhite to tackle core recycling challenges.
In this remote role with up to 60% travel, you’ll coordinate inquiries, chase feedback, prepare quotations and negotiate orders. You’ll report to the Sales Leader Packaging and collaborate with a cross-functional team to
Qualifications
- Experience in B2B sales in additives, packaging or recycling.
- Fluent German and confident English communication.
- Proven hunter with track record of opening doors and winning new business.
Responsibilities
- Identify and win new business with converters, recyclers and brand owners.
- Promote additive solutions (TintMask, CircStab, ViscoBoost, ReWhite) addressing recycling and sustainability challenges.
- Launch technical inquiries, coordinate lab matches and chase sample feedback to keep color tests moving.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing and secure orders.
- Manage and track opportunities in the CRM and maintain a multi-million-euro funnel.
- Collaborate daily with cross-functional teams to ensure fast turnaround on samples, logistics and inquiries.
