The role offers a clear progression path toward Senior Sales Manager, with exposure to cross-functional teams and opportunities to cover parts of the DACH region depending on customer allocation.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in the packaging/Beauty & Wellness sector preferred.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and identify opportunities.
• Fluent English and Dutch are advantageous for market focus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies in the Netherlands for Beauty & Wellness.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing customers.
• Pursue new business opportunities to grow revenue.
• Oversee regional sales budget and resource allocation.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and actions.
• Collaborate with R&D, Product Marketing and Operations.
• Prepare regular sales reports for senior management.
