Qualifications

• Experience leading people in a packaging-related role.
• Strong cross‑selling and relationship building with customers.
• Sales focused with confident customer presentations.
• Valid driving licence.
• Self‑motivated, organised and able to prioritise.
• IT literate with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Conscientious with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent teamwork in a global business.

Responsibilities

• Act as point of contact for assigned accounts and grow business with existing and new clients.
• Develop and maintain long‑term relationships; ensure on‑time delivery of products/services.
• Communicate client needs to management; manage projects to meet goals.
• Coordinate with staff on the same account for consistent service.
• Collaborate with local sales teams to reach prospective clients.
• Support local sales with local projects.
• Maintain records for projects and provide sales forecasts.
• Work with production sites and customers on forecasts and reports.
• Prepare digital presentations for meetings with clients.
• Assist production sites with stock management and cost analysis.
