Job summary

Holland Colours is seeking a Senior Sales Manager Packaging for the DACH region to drive growth in circular PET packaging. You will open doors with converters, recyclers and brand owners and promote additive solutions like TintMask, CircStab, ViscoBoost and ReWhite.

You will collaborate with product marketing, technical sales support and inside sales, manage a multi-million-euro funnel in CRM, and travel up to 60% across DACH to advance customer engagements.

Qualifications

• You have a proven track record in B2B sales in additives, packaging or recycling.
• You are fluent in German and comfortable communicating in English.
• You thrive in a remote environment and manage your own schedule.

Responsibilities

• Identify and win new business with converters, recyclers and brand owners.
• Promote additive solutions (TintMask, CircStab, ViscoBoost, ReWhite) to tackle recycling and sustainability challenges.
• Launch technical inquiries, coordinate lab matches and chase sample feedback to keep the pipeline moving.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing and secure orders.
• Manage the CRM and maintain a multi‑million-euro sales funnel.
