Job summary

Aiden is expanding its Agentic AI services and seeks an experienced Senior Sales Executive to drive commercial growth. You will own the full sales cycle from opportunity identification to closing, focusing on new business and opportunities within the existing client portfolio.

You will collaborate with Agentic AI developers and consultants to translate client objectives into practical AI solutions, shaping go-to-market strategies and the Agentic AI offering.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in B2B enterprise software sales.
• Proven track record of managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience engaging with directors and C-level executives.
• Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Lead discovery sessions and understand client objectives.
• Prepare commercial proposals and pricing structures.
• Negotiate and close deals with procurement and senior management.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecasts.
