Job summary

Intellect, a leading AI-powered B2B SaaS technology company, seeks a Senior Implementation Analyst to help enterprise customers adopt Intellect’s QMS and Connected Frontline Worker platforms. You will drive onboarding, gather requirements, and guide the rollout of our product suite across global teams.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of SaaS implementation experience, strong stakeholder management, and a collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• 5+ years implementing software systems and SaaS.
• Knowledge of Quality Management System (QMS) and quality policies.
• Knowledge of Connected Front End Worker (CFW) software and practices.
• Familiarity with ISO9001, CFR 21 Part 11, etc.
• Experience managing large, complex projects and leading change initiatives.
• Comfortable working with senior stakeholders (VP and C-suite).

Responsibilities

• Learn and coach others on Intellect product suite.
• Onboard new customers.
• Guide customers with implementation and launch of Intellect’s product suite.
• Train customers and team members on Intellect’s product suite.
• Translate requirements into system design.
• Manage activities to meet milestones and deliverables.
• Recommend and execute continuous improvements.
• Serve as primary contact for key stakeholders at enterprise clients.
• Collaborate with Support, Integration, Product, and Sales across time zones.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
