Altura is hiring a Senior Customer Success Manager to own relationships with enterprise customers as they migrate to our new AI-native platform. You will learn each bid team's needs, guide adoption, and advocate for value within the product.

You’ll collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to ensure customers realize ROI and renewals. You’ll help build playbooks, leverage AI tools (HubSpot, Gong, Impact Pilot), and scale customer success processes across growing accounts.

Competenze

• 2+ years in Customer Success.
• 4+ relevant commercial roles, preferably SaaS scaleup.
• Proven track record managing multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills in Dutch and English.
• Be at the frontier of adopting AI in your work.

Mansioni

• Engage and maintain enterprise customer relationships post-sale.
• Conduct needs analyses to tailor Altura solutions.
• Onboard new customers, train users, and customize the platform.
• Run Quarterly Business Reviews with key stakeholders.
• Identify upsell opportunities with Sales and Product teams.
• Capture customer feedback to drive product improvements.
