Ashby is seeking a Mid-Market Implementation Specialist in Amsterdam to lead technically complex, hands-on implementations for B2B SaaS customers. You will own each implementation from handoff through go-live, balancing timelines, complex configurations, and customer success.

Six months in, you’ll manage 15-20 active projects, independently handling kickoff, timelines, and follow-up while identifying process gaps and feeding feedback to Product.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, with the majority of focus on leading full-cycle B2B SaaS implementations.

Responsibilities

• Manage 15-20 active mid-market implementations at a time with 8-10 weeks timelines on average.
• Own implementation projects end-to-end from handoff to go-live, including timelines and follow-ups.
• Advise on configurations and workflows, balancing customer needs with best practices; troubleshoot complex issues.
• Partner with Sales, CS, Product, and Engineering to ensure a seamless customer journey and drive improvements.
